Renate Hasler

With over 25 years of professional experience in the airline industry, insurance, bank, coaching and consulting, healthcare, industry, IT and catering. As a manager up to executive board level, in senior management and specialist functions in Human Resources Management, as a Project Manager, Career and Executive Coach and Consultant in Switzerland and abroad.

Since I was a child, I have been fascinated by people, foreign countries and cultures. I saw the airport as a gateway to the world, and so it became my first career aspiration; followed by an early start in Human Resources.

My experiences abroad have shaped me personally and professionally

At the age of 20, I moved abroad, first to Paris and later to San Francisco, for language and professional training. At the age of 30, I fulfilled a great desire to live abroad for a longer period of time, the destination being Sydney, Australia. Courage for new things, taking on challenges and persistently pursuing a goal, that is me. These qualities bring me happiness and success. In addition, I have learned that it is worth leaving my comfort zone and taking calculable risks.

Each person is unique and the individual client focus is key

Because of my experience abroad, together with my versatile professional experience, I have learnt to adjust to the individual needs of each client, because every person works differently, and different customs apply in different cultures.

Reconciling career and family

Early on, I focused on my work and further education. Now, I pursue my profession in harmony with my family, developing strategies and optimal solutions for ambitious business people.

Joy and passion are guarantors of success!

If you would like to realize your joy and passion, as I do it in my professional encounters and discussions by expanding my network, we can re-ignite your delight, motivation and passion for your career, thereby opening new doors for you.

«In the here and now, living attentively, without disregarding the past and the future. Enjoying the moment even more consciously and making the most of every day.»
