The focus of the program is tailored to your needs. They usually cover the following topics:
Employees beginning a new position before the end of the agreed coaching and consulting period, will be accompanied, for the remaining time, with an onboarding coaching systematically preparing them.
This service is also offered separately.
There are programs for 3, 6, 9 or 12 months. This includes a personalized career and personal assessment or an outplacement and newplacement program, or both, depending on the length.
